The Cryogenic Control Systems –
state-of-the-art electronic equipment

Cryogenic Control Systems, Inc. (Cryo-con) is a manufacturer of state-of-the-art electronic equipment for both laboratory and industrial process control applications.
Their high-quality and innovative technology is well-known worldwide. The minimization and management of electrical noise is a key element of their design methodology. Calibration is performed using NIST traceable standards. A complete calibration report and a certificate of traceability are shipped with each instrument. The sophisticated computerized operational systems result in cost-effective, high-quality products.

Cryocon is based in California and just recently, LOT-Oriel has signed an exclusive distribution contract for Europe.

There is a range of temperature controllers and monitors available as well as temperature sensors and cryogenic accessories.

Two models will shortly be described below:

Model 18: Eight channel temperature monitor
Ethernet-connected eight channel cryogenic temperature monitor. Operation from 1.4 K to over 1.000 K with the appropriate temperature sensor. Features include internal data logging, configuration via an embedded web server and a large easy-to-read display.

Model 24: four channel temperature controller for standard inputs

Model 24: Temperature controller
Four multi-purpose inputs support virtually any temperature sensor from any manufacturer. Operation from 500 mK to over 1.200 K. Dual-loop control. Remote interfaces include an advanced Ethernet port.
