VSM systems by MicroSense LLC (formerly KLA-Tencor)

In November 2009, the newly founded company MicroSense LLC has purchased KLA-Tencor's metrology line by management buy-out. Formerly known as ADE-Technology, this branch has developed into one of the world leaders of magnetic metrology systems for applications in the data storage industry and at universities and research institutes.
Well-established products such as the Vibrating-Sample-Magnetometer and wafer-mapping systems are now manufactured, sold and serviced by MicroSense LLC. These are among the most sensitive instruments of this kind commercially available today.
The EV-VSM series sets a new benchmark in accuracy, reliability and user friendliness. That is one of the reasons, why the model 10 VSM has received the R&D 100 Award as one of the most innovative products of the year. | |
