Ellipsometry-workshop



We will hold our annual seminar on spectroscopic ellipsometry on 26-27 October.

Two different sessions will be offered. The first day will be a general introduction seminar during which we will give information on the theory and basis of ellipsometry in general and present our Woollam instruments and related measurement and analysis applications.

The second day will be a scientific workshop with ellipsometer users giving application related talks.
