Potential Seebeck Microprobe (PSM)

The PSM can simultaneously measure the local resolution of the Seebeck coefficient and the electrical potential (conductivity). It was developed by PANCO GmbH in cooperation with The Institute for Materials Research of the German Aerospace Research Center (DLR).

A homogenous electrical conductivity is important for semi-conductors, thermo-electric materials and components like Peltier elements and others. With the PSM you can measure the Seebeck coefficient, the electrical conductivity and the contact resistance between the different material components.
